Daily exercise creates expertise

Just like Studio Simi, AdA functions as an atelier: Drawing and painting takes place in the morning hours from nine to twelve. And after a break for lunch three more hours are spent on drawing and painting in the studio from 2 to 5pm. The constant drawing or painting, 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, creates discipline that is necessary to acquire skill.

Inner discipline

It is not the kind of discipline like in the army, but it is an inner discipline that is acquired. A lot of practice is needed to acquire skill. It is a lot of practice with expert feedback that creates high-quality expertise and skill.
